The needs of people suffering for armed conflicts make the presence of surgical teams essential. Surgeons participate in projects, which usually last six weeks to three months.

Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Completion of surgical residency
- Ability to perform wide range of surgical procedures, including Paediatrics and Caesarean sections.
- Ability to work with limited resources
- Six weeks’ minimum availability
- Fluency in English
- Acceptance of living and working conditions in unstable areas
- Adaptability and willingness for teamwork
- Flexibility and stress management
Επιθυμητά προσόντα
- French and/or Arabic
- Short notice departure
- Some experience in trauma care and orthopaedics is desirable
